6.2/10

The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although spacious, were tucked away behind the event venues and had some cleanliness issues. On the bright side, the location is great for exploring Santa Fe, with many attractions within walking distance.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms, though large with double beds, were disappointing as they were dark and found with spider webs in the bathroom. Additionally, reservation inconsistencies forced me to book an extra room.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired, especially at downtown restaurants where the staff was unhelpful and rude due to third-party booking. However, valet parking was available for convenience.
Location
9.0
The location is a standout feature, being close to famous attractions like Santa Fe Square and Canyon Road Galleries, making it easy to explore the area without always needing a car.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was satisfactory, with good quality food, though some items were not up to the hotel's advertised standards. The menu was somewhat limited but included nice details like homemade bread.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel provides basic amenities expected from a standard establishment, but nothing exceptional was noted.

6.0/10

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. Despite the room not matching the advertisement and being small with a mildew scent, it did have a charming fireplace that unfortunately we didn't get to use. At $225 for one night in room #251, I expected more.

Rooms
5.0
The room was very small, cramped, and had a mildew scent. The fireplace added a nice touch, although we didn't use it during our stay.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of self-service elements, and there were oversights like forgetting to replenish water and coffee for the maker. However, the staff was cordial and helpful, showing attention to detail.
Location
8.0
The location was a good balance, close enough to downtown without feeling too touristy. It was within walking distance to Canyon Road, Santa Fe Plaza, and other highlights, making it convenient to explore.
Dining
7.0
The dining options provided healthy choices, and the food was very good. I enjoyed the huevos rancheros and fresh orange juice in the restaurant.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel needs a good cleaning and updates to enhance the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit cramped and lacked a shower handle, but they did have a king-sized bed and a cozy fireplace with a nice alcove for reading or working. The outdoor patio with a fireplace and sitting area was a bonus. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff making great recommendations. The location was convenient, close to downtown Santa Fe and within walking distance of key attractions. Dining options were good with healthy choices available. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor areas for improvement.
